To ensure your payroll remains seamless and your queries are addressed, the A24 Group Payroll Team has released critical updates regarding timesheet deadlines and office availability.

Whether you are a seasoned agency worker or new to the team, staying on top of these administrative shifts is vital for ensuring you are paid accurately and on time. Below is everything you need to know to navigate the upcoming holiday periods.

Important Timesheet Deadlines

For both the Early May and Spring bank holidays, the A24 Group has established specific deadlines for timesheet submissions. Failing to meet these midday cut-offs may result in delays to your weekly pay.

Understanding Bank Holiday Rates

It is important to remember that bank holiday pay rates and qualifying hours are not universal; they can vary significantly depending on the specific client you are working for.

To avoid any confusion regarding your earnings, we strongly suggest that you double-check with your consultant. They can provide clarity on which specific hours qualify for the bank holiday rate for your particular placement.

The A24 Group Payroll Team wishes all our agency workers a wonderful and relaxing holiday period. Your hard work is greatly appreciated, and by following these simple deadline adjustments, we can ensure your administrative needs are met without a hitch.
