To make this quick and convenient, we have simplified the process using modern video technology. Here is a step-by-step guide on how the interview will be done, with 24/7 support available to help you.
The type of interview you complete depends on your professional registration:
Nurses, Care, and Support Workers: You will complete a one-way video interview. This can be done at any time that suits you - no appointment is necessary.
Locums, AHP's and HCPC Registered Professionals: You will have a scheduled video interview with a specialist interviewer who holds the same HCPC registration. Please contact our support team within the Staffshift app after you have registered to get started.

What to expect during your Nursing Agency Interview?

Interview Preparation Checklist
Before you begin, ensure you have the following ready:
Photo ID: You must present a valid photo ID (Passport, Biometric Residence Permit, or Driver’s License) during the recording. We cannot proceed without this.
Technology: ensure you have a stable internet connection, and that your camera and audio are enabled.
Access: we recommend using the Chrome browser on any laptop or smartphone. If you are using an iPhone, please use Safari.
Environment: Please find a quiet, well-lit space where you won't be interrupted.

Check your email: Once you have registered, download the Staffshift app and check your inbox; you will receive an email with your interview link and instructions.

What Happens After the Interview?
Sign the Interview Declaration: Immediately after finishing the video, you must complete the Interview Declaration Form. This form is automatically uploaded to your Staffshift profile and is essential for clearance.
Evaluation: Your interview will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. Once the review has been completed, you will receive an email update about your eligibility for work with all of our nursing and care agencies.
