Festive Season 2025 Bank Holiday Deadlines
The festive season is fast approaching, and A24Group is announcing crucial adjustments to the December 2025 pay run dates to ensure our dedicated healthcare professionals are paid promptly during the holiday period. For the upcoming Christmas and New Year bank holiday periods, we have made some changes to our timesheet submission deadline and phone call opening hours.
Revised Pay Run Dates for Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 Holiday Period
Therefore, please make sure your timesheets arrive at the head office either by post to 92-96 Lind Road, Sutton, SM1 4PL or by email to: wages@a24group.com by the following dates:
Last Regular Deadline before Christmas Period
The deadline for this pay run is Monday, the 15th of December at 12h00/midday for shifts up to Sunday, the 14th December (To ensure payment on Friday, the 19th December).
Christmas Period
The deadline for this pay run is Friday, the 19th of December at 10h00/10 AM for shifts up to Thursday, the 18th of December (To ensure payment on Wednesday, the 24th of December).
New Year Period
The deadline for this pay run is Monday, the 29th of December at 9h00/ 9 AM for shifts up to Sunday, the 28th of December (To ensure payment on Friday, the 2nd of January).
Return to Usual Service
The deadline for this pay run is Monday, the 5th of January at 12h00/midday for shifts up to Sunday, the 4th of January (To ensure payment on Friday, the 9th of January).

Changes in Phone Line Opening Hours
Due to upcoming bank holidays (as per above), please note the following changes to our phone line opening hours:
Our normal phone line opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 09:00 to 17:00, Friday 09:00 to 16:00 & closed on Wednesdays.
Please note that the bank holiday hours and rates can be different for each client. We strongly suggest that you double-check with your consultant to ensure you are aware when you will be paid bank holiday rate.
