Revised Pay Run Dates for December 2025
Please take note of the adjusted December pay run cut-off dates due to the festive period:
24 December 2025 Pay Run
The cutoff for this pay run is Monday, 22 December at 12h00/midday. Timesheets must be completed and submitted by the end of the previous week (Friday, 19 December).
31 December 2025 Pay Run
The cutoff date for this pay run is Monday, 29 December at 12h00/midday. Timesheets must be completed and submitted by the end of the previous week (Friday, 26 December).
These deadlines are absolutely firm due to the national public holidays impacting bank processing times. Timely and accurate submission is essential for the smooth processing of your earnings. Failure to submit timesheets by the respective Friday deadline could unfortunately result in significant payment delays.
